We invite researchers, educators, education system leaders and policy makers to join in conversation to:
- Problematize colonial legacies and address current inequities in assessment practice
- Address social consequences of assessment
- Promote equity, fairness, validity and reliability in assessment
- Develop understandings of multilingual assessment across diverse sociocultural contexts
- Generate empirical support for multilingual approaches to assessment and education
- Articulate implications for curriculum policy and education reform
